Henry Lantzy CPA (the firm) has been practicing in Walnut Creek/Pleasant Hill as a Certified Public Accountant since 1984. His convenient location off Ygnacio Valley Road in downtown Walnut Creek allows him to serve many of the surrounding communities as well including Orinda, Moraga, Lafayette, San Ramon, Danville, Alamo, Pleasant Hill, Concord, Martinez, Pittsburg, Antioch, Brentwood, and Oakley.
Henry Lantzy graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts from the Eli Broad College of Business in June, 1980 and was licensed by the State of California State Board of Accountancy to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in 1984.
After more than 20 years of practice as a sole practitioner in investment & retirement planning and tax planning & preparation Henry Lantzy earned the Degree of Master of Science in Mathematics from California State University, East Bay in December 2007. Today he spends much of his time teaching as a professor of mathematics at Diablo Valley College as well a practicing as a CPA. Most of the tax practice involves retirement planning, tax planning & preparation for affluent taxpayers.
In order to more fully meet the needs of individual/small business clients the firm began selling individual and small group health insurance plans in 1996. Later as the need presented itself Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage, and Medigap Policies were added to the product line. Henry Lantzy is an independent broker and represents Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Aetna, Health Net, and Kaiser Permanente among many others. |
